White flour is next to poison... all the fiber has been removed and the flour is bromated with bleach at the factory, this bromating process weakens one's immune system... all the good things about wheat that we ever heard about are removed at the factory leaving us with nothing but a white substance that immediately turns to sugar when mixed with saliva right in the mouth even before we chew and swallow, this is why bread tastes so good, we tastes the sugar and our brain tells us good... white flour is not fit for human consumption, not in the form we get it from the stores...

At Whole Foods you can get unbleached and unbromated breads, but still, it's just sugar in the mouth...

2 ingredient ice cream...

Apple Pie Ala Mode Ice Cream

This is a bit more labor intensive, but worth it for a change of flavor...

Peel and core an apple, then slice into small pieces to go into ice cream...

Place the apple pieces into a saucepan and add an ounce or more of water, cook on high heat...

Let the apple begin to heat up and break down some to become softer, add cinnamon and some all spice to flavor like an apple pie...

When all the water in cooked out, put the apple pieces into a large mixing bowl and add about 1/2 large can of whipped cream...

Mix with a whisk...

Put into small cups and freeze...

The next day you may need to put the cup into the microwave for about 10 seconds to unfreeze it a little bit...

Then enjoy...

I actually prefer the banana nut ice cream better since apple is also mostly water so it doesn't have the same texture and consistency as the banana nut ice cream...

Enjoy!!!

I think I'll try coffee ice cream and strawberry ice cream, just use the same recipe as with the apple or banana...
