TA: Excellent post. The 30-60 minute onset of action is a feature of Viagra. I believe patients will adjust for this feature. The foreplay comment was actually made by a Viagra spouse in a television inteview.

Only time will tell if onset of action will be a major factor when physicians' choose ED products.
