Sue & Jerome, say it ain't so!

<imho> No way will T buy QWST. Or should I say, QWST sell-out to T (yet).
Way too early when you consider:

1. Anschutz 85%+ controlling stake removes any takeover plays, hostile et al.
2. CO is worth 5X current market cap or roughly $30B by year 2000
3. They're three to four years ahead of any competition and on plan!

Will T pay $30B for QWST today? Probably not. $15B? Maybe. That's 2.5X todays market value and still 1/2 discount against Y2K value as things continue rolling on schedule (see UK pr).

Bottom-line: QWST HQ is just too savy to go out this quick when they're so close to their (our!) real pay day. Just my highly doubtful camel trader opinion.

Buying on dips,

Mathon
