Actually what we have seen has been the exact opposite of what CR said. CR said that the company would run up the price and then dump the Reg-D stock which would have the same result.

I've heard the arguements that the Reg-D people have the most to gain by forcing the price down--therefore they are the ones forcing the price down. That arguement lacks certain logic. If...Therefore...any freshman philosophy student can shoot that down in about 15 seconds. That doesn't make the assumption wrong, but it certainly doesn't make it right. I just don't know but have several unanswered questions.

The Reg-D people don't benefit from a low price today, so why force the price down now? And if they have the ability, which is someting else altogether and remains unproven, to move the stock down why not have done it before January when additional selling for tax losses would have compounded the problem more? Or why not wait until Feb. when there is little time to formulte a plan to combat the problem? I don't know if the Reg D people did this or not, but I'm unconvinced they did.

I think a more likely scenario is this is just a combination of forced margin selling and selling by "John Q. Public". There is certainly enough reason to succumb to the urge to throw in the towel at these levels. Most people who see the insiders selling don't know the reason, and that triggers a "knee-jerk" reaction. And mgmt which has the ability to communicate a reason to hold the stock are acting like they are deaf and dumb.

I urge everyone to please be careful when you use the "M" word in conjuction with stocks. Allegations of this nature are serious. Anyone who has knowledge of a crime, and stock manipulation was still illegal last I checked, has an obligation to report that information. I urge anyone who has knowledge of any improper actions to communicate that knowledge to the proper authorities.

Heres a different idea. The Board meets today. Lets try to be positive. Maybe TCLN mgmt will decide it McDonalds and we'll get a break today. And mgmt will come out of this meeting in fighting trim and proceed with a plan to attack this problem, make some positive announcements, and put an end to all the misinformation that inevitably arises to fill the vacuum of silence. Maybe we'll get a new CEO too. Those steps will take care of the low stock price.

PS--Am I the only one who wonders, in between speculating about who is forcing the stock down, who is doing all the buying on the other side?
