essentially should march see intra-day low for the year, as opposed to end-february low, then the indices sling to the upside until 2020 or some such

but it is looking to be that february was a knee-jerk

basically the overall USD-up and equities-up remains in motion

my own read is that perhaps trump's latest trade-war moves are enhancing what was in play already
