January 13,1998 Dagny Young Principal Securities Fax Re: Michael Kugler Ms. Young, In reference to my fax transmission yesterday, it turns out that my assumptions concerning the Dempsey Mork suit(s) against RMIL were not correct. There is a case filed in the Superior court which doesn't name Zapara, but the civil suit is not dead, in fact Zapara has filed 2 motions to Stop scheduled for 1/29/98. Mr. Kugler is partially correct. But there is no suit as he claims for "California Residents", my contentions were equally incorrect after double-checking with the Superior Court in Palm Springs Calif.. Like I told you yesterday, Mr. Kugler spends 8-10hrs. a day posting negative information about RMIL, it requires much time & effort to keep up with him. I'm not aware of how much other time is required of him to gather information against RMIL, but if one considers a 8hr. work day, his posting 8-10hrs. aday on S.I., it would appear his whole day is relegated to RMIL. Regardless, I'm sending you posts of him 'shaking shares'. If you'd like, I can send you Mr. Kuglers' 40,000+ posts from SI. I hope you can understand and appreciate the depth of Mr. Kuglers' involvement in RMIL. And to reassure you of your contentions that I am a 'promoter' of RMIL, I am no more than a shareholder who has demanded his certificates to combat illegal, naked shorting, and contacting you to combat the abuse Mr. Kugler has commited on my RMIL investment. Mike: I know you can't respond, but since it concerned you, I thought the proper person to post to was you. Joey called and he said that his broker is allowed to post after hours.You're allowed to post anything you want. His broker said that most firms do not allow it, but it is up to each individual firm. Joey says that he feels that you didn't do anything wrong, (except to bash his stock <G>) ( he says you're too tough of a basher <g>) He says he's glad you didn't get fired, and he wishes you well. (I feel like I am taking dictation, on the phone, now) al PS. He said you are the king. (King Basher) LOL LOL
