I just recently quit drinking coffee........Today will be day 41 without coffee.....After 36 years of four to six / 6 to 8 ounce cups per day!!! Completed a 14 mile trek through brush, woods, water and beach yesterday.....With 65 lbs in my rook-sack......0615 to 1325 (back at car).......Sore left knee, ankles/feet, minus one toe-nail......raw shoulders, need to add padding to the shoulder straps!!! Not feeling my oats yet.........but starting to ramp back up!!! Seeing many, many, many more Swamp-Rats getting busted would do wonders for my spirit / help me crank things back up into overdrive!!!
