I just visited the site too to try and confirm those numbers. Correct me if I am wrong but I figure a one dollar move in WTC is really only worth a 3 or 4 cent rise in QMI. all else being equal. This is just a back of the envelope calc.

WTC 11 million shares @ $4.70 + market cap of $52 million
a One dollar increase is a market cap increase of ~$11 million

QMI's cut is just below 10% so say that one dollar equates to a $1 million market cap increase for QMI with 30 million shares outstanding means a 3.3 cent increase in share price. All else being equal

Assuming that the Fully diluted numbers are not too far off, then QMi really should not move a whole lot - BUT I bet it outruns this $1 to 3-4 cent ratio I just scribbled. I bet the market will move QMI a dime for a dollar and then pull back big time. Like with DML and CRN, If ya wanna play, play with the real thing not a neighbor or a part owwner.
