I think the US market is so volatile jumping from overbought to oversold so quickly that it is letting both bulls and bears claim victory. As soon as supports are broken it rebounce and snap bungee back to shoot at resistance. Maybe that's what you meant by carefully watching for a double break to verify if it's a true break of resistance or support. In any case, I think this market will boil up and down for a while for a net change of zero!
