Do you know of any rules or regulations that state what
the shareholders rights are as concerned to being able to
find out what the float is from a publically traded company?
Shares in street name, etc

< that the 10K of 3/27/97 would be satisfactory.> especially since it was for the fiscal year ending June 1996. I'm sure the history of the companies filing and timeliness of filings will come into play. It would appear RMIL now has to prove its worthiness to trade on the BB,
to meet the standards of the BB...DD
