I'm with you about Buffett not latching on to facebook. Back in the day, Buffett liked advertising agencies because they got their cut (about 15%) of ad revenue. Kind of a toll both - he said he liked that. If you wanted to advertise, you went with an advert agency. So like you, I don't understand how he couldn't or wouldn't have made the leap to FB with its great advertising revenue. Or maybe AMZN? --sell your product on AMZN and AMZN essentially is the advertising.
