TRACKING A PARTICULAR TRADING PATTERN

If I have no HISTORY governing a particular pattern, I will start a dairy and track it until I get an idea of the percentages with which to invest by. For example, with DUMPER STOCKS, I like to know the answers to these questions:

1. What do they USUALLY do on the day of the dump?
2. How many bottoms do they USUALLY make on the day of the dump?
3. What do they USUALLY do at the end of the day they dump?
4. What do they USUALLY do on the open after the day of the dump?
5. What do they USUALLY do after the first sell off on the second day?

Answering these questions allows me to pattern momentum stocks.
