I wouldn’t touch WSR it is overlevered (8.5x debt/EBITDA is way too high) and has weak NOI and high G&A expense ratio. Looks to me that the CEO is an empire builder. I don’t think the last acquisitions were accretive. They are selling a nice story, but don’t back it up with numbers.
