Well because that was done so hillary could collect millions and sell Uranium to Putin. I suspect we will eventually learn of obama's cut. I have no doubt President Trump is doing all he can to Make America Great Again and he will get richer as his boat will rise as all American's boats rise.

Considering that this was before Crimea, Ukraine, and the hacking of western elections, why do you think this is important? Are you saying that election was fair so it deserved being congratulated?
