And don't let Bill ever catch you calling his go-to Cape destination as Provincetown. It's P-town.

The snow never made it across the Sound from Long Island to us. They got hammered; we got almost nothing. Whatever we did get didn't require any shoveling and was all gone by mid morning. Hence no need to blow it up north to Boston. In fact, we hit 50 today and it was hard to even find any remaining snow anywhere.

Contrast that to say, the city of Madison in the Canadian province of Wisconsin. I'm told they get so much snow that the main entrance to their houses is on the second story. It's illegal there to have a dog or cat with white fur, else they don't find them until the snow starts to melt in the middle of summer. It's so cold there, they keep their snowflake collection on the mantelpiece.
