Tonto, Unfortunately for me, I cannot personally confirm, at this point, anything about the boat. Ownership of factories, when they are leased, is something else...my real problem would be that I would have to put my faith upon an internet board and mostly people who only claim to have talked to this person or that person, while I, nor you from what I can assertain, haven't flown anywhere and looked at anything in this situation. Until the 10k is out, we really don't know much. I have said for a long time I am here for the squeeze, several factors play into the squeeze, if the stock can trade a squeeze can occur...if the company lied in hopes to run the stock up, I can't imagine what their still answering the phones for, I mean the SEC is on this now, right? I, of course at my own discretion, am only concerned about the float, and what is where as far as the company being able to operate at all is. I didn't invest in OVIS because I like the clothing market...yea cheap clothing, take a look at AAGP, a company with decent numbers, and small float, and their price is toliet city, but they make clothes. I think the flight to fundementals actually occured due to several nays pushing the issue, of course when you have impatients and uncertainty in anything, you have everyone asking questions about anything. I guess to answer you question, if management has lied, and I see it with my own eyes, and confirm it with my own DD ( which for me would include a trip to Florida to check out everything...) then I could tell you. I can tell you Mork admitted in a press release that he was OVIS and he was in another business, and he has said he is here to help save investors and we can sign on to his suit, free...why didn't he release this in his first press release, (its common practice from what I have seen to announce these things in the news release, not thru a third party such as yourself or Mike Kugler, 3 months after the fact.) Also if you want to talk about how people feel about being lied to, take a look at the major companies, including investment firms, which have been recently tied to major scandals and lawsuits on the market. I have already commented on the suite against COMS issueing false statements to increase their value...it too would appear to be a practice many choose to use....it just happens to be we all have this BB under the gun, and have forgotten what happens out there in the real world...I hope you understand where I'm coming from. Thanks, Rob
