Carole--Here is the current TA ala TC2000 on FMDAY. I traced the stock back to 8/23/93 and it opened then at 5.88. It hit an all time high of 7.13 in late '93. Since then it has cascaded downward to a low of .16 and a double bottom there in late '96 and early '97. It appears to have also formed a reverse HS with the left and right shoulders at .25 going with the double head at .16. It has broken upward from this pattern and the neckline was surpassed in June '97. From here, a pennant has formed on the weekly chart and some breakout occured when the stock went to 1.34 recently, but did not follow through. I don't think there has been a breakdown as the supporting technicals look very powerful. A move above 1.34 will take the stock to 1.75 IMHO, and then to the 2.37 to 2.50 zone. So we could get a 150% move from here during the next year if not sooner. As for other technicals, BOP is looking very powerful over the last 4 years. MoneyStream is also very strong right now suggesting very good accumulation is taking place. All of the intermediate and long term stochastics are rising with only the short term one,8/3/2, on the down path, but it could turn around any time. MACD's long and short have both given buy signals. OBV is above both its 40 and 90 day MA and TSV of 5,18,and 26 day are looking good. Finally, the 5/13/40 day EMA is in a bullish configuration. We have a good stock here that is anticipating something positive, earnings wise, down the road. I hope they can make it. Myron
