I started buying RVEE about 10 months ago and have accumulated a pretty good sized position. The stock will do well in my opinion.
As for Bowser, his methodology is simplistic, and his inability to weed out the losers raises questions about his research ability. I use the report just to find stocks worth researching. This "bowser ranking" is silly, if you read his explanation of it, as I did.
He should also raise his price limit to $5, as stocks between 3 and 5 are not well tended to either.
Just my humble opinion, would like to hear from others.

William-I have been in and out of rvee for quite a while. Management
has never followed thru on expanding on a national basis except for
the california and new mexico operation. At one time they had a $5
million dollar war chest, and had hired a investment banker to explore
the possibility to enhance shareholder value. Newt and his wife
control the company. They should of issued more shares to funnel
expansion a couple years back when share price was above $4. The company had said they experienced some worker related problems(ie management)-so I believe that's why they pulled in the reins. Hopefully they have everything in place to finally pursue a more
aggressive strategy.
