Brad,
Home today, So I am checking you thread, I am sure they mean IDXC,
IDX Systems provides health-care information systems to large- and mid-sized physician groups. The company's integrated patient registration, billing, scheduling, managed-care, and other software products are designed to enable health-care organizations to redesign patient care and other workflow processes in order to improve efficiency. IDX Systems' product suites operate on UNIX-compatible computers from Digital Equipment, IBM, and Hewlett-Packard, as well as DEC's VMS platform and serve about 77,000 physicians. The company merged with Phamis in July 1997.
Regards,
Sheldon
