Tonto, is the attorney you previously retained a local phone call away? The answer to this question would be worth the price of admission. I was under the impression once the MM signed off,it went back for review, by the SEC or NASD..TIA..DD
PS: your information, was it gained from the MM referred to, Sharpe?
This is great, after days, perhaps there will be a learning lesson after all..(thats why I'm here<vbg>)..and to liven things up a little<LOL>

To anybody who's interested,

I asked a few questions regarding bottled water to a friend that
has been living in HongKong for over 5 years. Remember that this
is only one person's opinion...

>I have a quick question. How is the tap water in Hong Kong and do you
>drink it?
>Is bottled water expensive or hard to get there? Where does most of the
>bottled water come from?
>I've been reading this investor thread on the net and people claim that the
>water is of poor quality in Hong Kong and bottled water is booming in Hong Kong.
>Thanks for your help.

>As for bottled water, the water in Hong Kong is definitely drinkable.
>However, because a lot of the buildings are old here, that means the pipes
>are old too so a lot of people think the tap water doesn't taste nice.
>There are a lot of brands here already, including Volvic, Evian, Perrier,
>Arrowhead, etc. I don't know if there's anymore shelf space in our crowded
>little grocery stores for more brands!! I think if you were to bring
>s'thing out here you would have to commit to a lot of advertising etc to
>get shelf space (that's my guess) out of the grocery stores.
>
> A few years ago a friend of mine wanted me to look into bringing bottled
>water from San Diego into HK and I met with some people in the
>food/beverage business and they told me it is extremely difficult to get
>shelf space here. I never went through with it cuz I got a job here =)
