Yes the lights are still on - Could there possibly be a lower bar to measure liquidity???

You believe that being able to pay (or, more likely, defer) the Electric Bill is proof that ZEN is not BROKE? - That is hilarious! - Could you be any more oblivious?

ZEN never has enough money to do anything but keep the lights on and (of course) pay AE, Dr Chahar and Peter Wood every month.

ZEN has not spent one dollar on property or project development since the drill rigs left in 2013.

WHY NOT? Because after paying salaries and "keeping the lights on", they are perennially BROKE.

Bi_Tim - This may surprise a person working at your intelligence level, but I am actually able to think about both CCB and ZEN (as well as numerous other, much more important things) over the course of the day.

How on earth would I know if the suit was filed? We will all know it when one of the parties issues a News Release - none of us (SI Posters) will know it before then. I am not surprised that you didn't know that.
