Rick & All

Golden Triangle came back down to the support level in the low 7's shortly after reaching a high in the low 20's. There is no cause for alarm. There is nothing wrong at the company. 3rd qtr numbers were down to .04c because they sold one of their South Texas salt water disposal sites During the 3rd qtr they opened a new disposal facility near Columbus Texas at their new acquired 2800 acre ranch for about $1,000,000 in cash The valves on that disposal site are running wide open. We have been told this by company officials.

The following describes their new on going business concerns:

1.) Salt water disposal

a. Companies drilling for oil receive salt water in the oil. It is
delivered by truck by the oil companies to GTII, where it
injected back into the ground into an old well
that is no longer producing on GTII site. This located near Spanish Camp, Tx right in the heart of an center of an intense program.

Gross revenues are projected to be around $300,000 with
a margin of 50%.

2.) At the Altiar ranch:

a. Selling of fill material for drilling locations and roads. They company averages 4 to 6 thousands dollars per drilling site. Since opening the ranch they have provided material for 6 sites they trends seems to be up.

3) Oil reclaimation
a. Went on line 2 week of December

b. Company had revenues of approx. $40,000 for the three week period. Gross net was approx. $19,000. They expect gross revenues to approach $50,000 a month.

4). Leasing fees

a.Company leases out a portion of their property for approx. $5,000 month.

b. Company has engaged in an exploration program and has received in excess of 8,000 dollars. GTII owns 100% the mineral rights on 2700 acres.

c. Equipment leasing fees will approach $300,000 for the year.

Recapping GTII's older operations continues on an upward trend:

1.Oil and gas revenues from all domestic and international will amount is continuing to increase.

2. GTII operates a total of 7 Salt water disposal sites all in Texas and expects to increase that number in the
future.

Golden Triangle continues to operate with NO DEBT with no interest load.

This stock is going higher. Closed at 13 today. They operate on a
calender year and have until March 1 to report their financials.
