I believe it. And she knew the risks and took them anyway, when her security clearance level policy stated explicitly that it was a felony to do that. That is textbook "negligence" and on that one crime alone, if she hadn't been protected by the FBI and Obama admin, she would have gone to jail for a long time. Just one more example on how if you are rich (OJ Simpson) or powerful (Hillary), you can commit crimes with impunity. Only the 99% have to pay the full price of their crimes.
