If you don't over drive your headlights on a 70 mph freeway (where people are going 80) at night YOU are being an obstruction.

You don't have to stop to go over a hill. On our fun little twisty roads up hill and down dale one does need to use brains. The woman with the bike wasn't obscured.

It's quite fun to drive on minor roads as there's not really a speed limit. 100kph is the limit but it's not possible to drive that fast.

Absurdly, we have 80 kph limits on dirty great motorways where 160 kph would be fine if the morons who can't drive were not on the road. In Germany they go zooming along at 220 kph.
