When the Dems have 51 senators they will change the rules. They already did, Reid went nuclear on ObamaCrap. Republicans are fools, they don't know how to play the game. Ryan and McConnell should vote separately on every single government department. Let the dems go on record voting against the VA, the military, etc. Change the frickin rules or we are toast.
