ANW. I mentioned I was buying ANW also. I had hoped/expected a reversion-to-mean opportunity, but apparently the fundamentals or management actions are too poor. I sold 1/2 my position today, and I may sell the remainder.

ANW sells bunker fuel to ship transport companies. INT sells aviation fuel to airlines: That stock and business also are not doing well. I continue to hold my losing position in INT.

Apparently, the hedge funds got their way and the company dropped the HEC deal hence the stock price of ANW is much higher today. Now they need to install a new BOD.

My thesis for ANW has been related to being a value play with a paying dividend that had margin improvement potential on the new regulations due in 2020.
