No, I am saying it’s called in about now, which is the reason I am bearish. We are no longer expanding liquidity.

It is also tough to reign in manipulation, because these models are now the market. Wall Street people move between companies and use the same programs. The program that wins is not one which is correct, it is one which
manages to get on the same derivative trade faster than everybody else.

In failure,when one program fails, they all fail. Then they need the Fed. In a nutshell in the old
days when these models failed, you got black swan, and you pulled the plug out of the metaphorical Wall. Literally. Before more losses piled up.
