Who in Hell stole Ghaddaffi's enormous gold hoard? It disappeared over night after Hillary got him bayoneted. Apart from her cut, where did that gold go?
I mean, that's what he had ready to back up his pan African currency in advanced plans to kick out French, US not to mention the rapidly increasing Chinese involvement in the economies in continental Africa.
