Well Riley.... I spoke with OTC Compliance yesterday and they did not show any 15c2-11 filing. I will contact them tomorrow or Thursday in order to not wear out my welcome. As for what was relayed by Lori, it seems to jibe with what she told me. However, when I queried her as to which filings had been sent, she stated that they were the already existing public filings and the recent 8K. She stated that did not believe any of the currently delinquent filings were included. But then we'll see tomorrow or Thursday how credible the company's information has been. Regards, Ron
