GJC: I believe Regulation S securities are restricted (I may be wrong, let's double-check!) for 40 days after they are issued, can anyone confirm that? Since CVIA is a "fully reporting" company, they are supposed to file a Form 8-K within 15 days after the Reg S shares are issued, so we will know the details soon, IMO. Current number of shares issued and outstanding: approx. 45M. Milk
