After watching YHOO for much of the year, it seems to me it's been under accumulation the entire time and still is. However, there are many dips in the chart. Each dip seems to correspond to a time where shares were being sold as suggested by S-4s,144s, and S-3s. Although I don't understand the selling procedures completely, it seems to me that by the time you actually see the SEC filings, the shares have already been sold a day or more in advance. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. But if things follow the pattern we will see a 5 to 10 point drop (from where?) and a couple of days later we'll see the SEC filing regarding the 400,000 Softbank shares.
