Yes, the problem is we don't know how long this can last. During normal times the Fed would have raised interest rates a number of times to slow inflation caused by growing wages but wage growth and inflation have been dead in the water since the Great Recession. Without voters forcing companies to raise wages we probably wouldn't have any wage growth yet so it's a tough call.

On the bright side banks are starting to make loans again...the drop in loans started around the time Trump was elected but they're still very low. We normally see numbers this bad after a recession.
