Good morning sir. The word out west involves this scenario: 9 went out their 2 months ago looking to partner up with the likes of MU, AMD, SIII, and or, Lsi. Not so much in terms of buyout, but relationship and finance cooperation. SIII really doesn't have a significant new product to launch for the spring period...it makes sense that maybe they are getting together again... but not necessarily as a buy-out. U asked me about information .... I can confirm to you that my visit to 9 with a couple of eager investors was canceled because the people we were going to see their on thursday are going to be in California .... DEDUCT what u want from that...

It is irresponsible of us to spread rumors on this thread...my contact with 9 is important .. they are under immense preassure to regain shareholder value ... they are sincere people with a GREAT technology... what they are doing out west now will be publicly announced when that time presents itself. The company is doing exactly what it said it would do at the end of Q3...Seek a better way to ramp-up their operations physically and financially... We can assume progress is being made with their current actions.

By the way a quick response to Andy Chu : 9 IS NOT a mainstream niche player. The 5 competitors that u mentioned are primarily gamer cards , PRIMARILY I said... 9's next LAUNCH will be more of an attack on the competition that u mentioned.

{Re: S3 talking to NINE}

How's it going?

What more have you found out about any M&A coming from west coast?

One thing I do know is that Fidelity Investments or someone using Fidelity Brokerage has been accumulating the stock that (Mr. Former Insider) has been barfing at these ridiculous levels. You can expect this stock to rally a bit once Mr. Vomitman clears his stomach. Once NINE releases their earnings in a few weeks I'd be curious to see how many current insiders choose to step up and buy stock. That will speak volumes.

P.S. remind me to tell you the story of Northeast Federal Savings Bank. The similarities between these two stocks are amazing, including a prominent insider who unloaded over a million shares at 1.25 - RIGHT AT THE BOTTOM. I only hope that NINE will do one tenth as well as Northeast Federal did,
