This is a different subject, and we can discuss that. (If money were the problem it is hard to see how AR and CA are the same grades, and AR and WA are so close).

But before we talk about that why is it that a black kid in Minnesota is 20 something fewer points likely to graduate than a black kid in Arkansas? Or NY or CA or MA for gods sake? You cannot possibly be blaming money for THAT.

I’m asking you not to knee jerk, and not to be defensive, but to explain in rational terms the difference. If you think it is money, how about explaining HOW that accounts for the difference?
