Mindmeld, Second, you've got to give the kid a break. He's just a kid for God's sake. "Just a kid" means he's the product of how he was raised. And that's quite scary to me. Seventeen years of postmodern child-rearing has produced a beta male like this. I'm against extremism just like you are, and I believe the gun laws need to be toughened up. If that means current owners of firearms have to jump through more hoops, so be it. But the real deterrent to school shootings will always be another guy with a gun. If not teachers, then police officers stationed at schools. Speaking of which, David Hogg just excused the police officer who didn't enter his own school and take out the shooter like he should have.
