It's never too risky to short COMS. It always comes back down.

I usually end up shorting COMS 3 times before it comes back down. If those MM's don't stop running up YHOO I will only have enough money to add to my COMS short one more time! <g>

COMS will become an attractive short by this Friday. It is range bound between 30-37, anything above 35 can be pretty much done without much doubt.
