Although startling, Wilczak's departure is good news. It reinforces the company's stated intention to bring on new management and resolves some of the internal conflict created by wilczak's difficult personality. If he stayed, it sounds like there might have been risks of key departures in product development. Not that engineers should be running things, but they are the company's product lifeline. IMO, This development reduces some of the management risk and makes the story look fairly attractive if there's any weakness tomorrow. TD
