DD, That is how I read it too. I haven't been able to get into any of the sec sites to look at the edgar files. I think that the conversions are waiting for the reverse split to take place before continuing conversion. It also looks like in the middle of Feb both of these new ones will be hitting the stock and it might be Sept all over again. Good luck for all of you staying in this stock. Eric P.S.
