Excellent story, thanks for sharing it, I did the same thing but I didn't need to lose that much weight...

I lost 80 pounds and went from looking like a Sumo wrestler to a tennis player... it's all in how we approach food...

Before I lost the weight I couldn't walk to the mailbox without getting out of breath... and now I can job for more than a full hour without getting out of breath or getting tired... I also added boxing to my workout routine and love it...

My doctor cut out nearly all my meds including the diabetic meds and now he said to enjoy myself and just keep doing what I'm doing...

It's so true, proper food and diet is our best medicine...
