What I better understand is that the Colonialists did, at times, bring something better to a continent such as Africa and that those "Freedom Fighters" and "Independence Seekers" have produced very little or nothing at all.
It seems, too often and in too many places independence turned out to be an opportunity for various local warlords to become dictators.

It seems to me that "Missionaries" and "Black Politicians" need to be better educated about the REALITIES of these countries and to how they may be better assisted..

You are asking for impossible behavior. Missionaries see what they what they want to see and Blacks blame the the Colonists for their failure. You know this.
