It is a month of a grind, but with a light at the end

following a high fat, low carb diet should reduce
and eliminate your cravings. it needn't be a month
of grind.

removing sugar, processed foods, grains and
starchy foods will produce results for you.

remember ..... eat only when you are hungry and
stop when you are satisfied. you don't need to finish
your plate.

just sayin' .....

2018-04-09 @ 235-pounds . . . feeling good again .. and the stronghold that bread and chips have on me is weakening.

I am sticking strong to no grains, starch, or sugar . . . zero tolerance!
See you on Monday !!
