Mooter: Thanks for the info!! I'll check them out. I do believe net security is a burgeoning market sector. Perhaps the cyber equivalent of the defense industry, although I'll grant not anywhere near the same scale. At least.....not yet.

But there is a need. Meanwhile I see VLNC keeps banging its head against that $5 ceiling. Just can't seem to nudge its way thru, but there's still a few hours left in the trading day.

John~

Break out above $5! Now, can we stick? As we approach the end of the qtr (most notably 2/13, conference call for qtr end earnings), I suspect a gradual rise in the share price, at which time I'll buy some puts to protect my huge butt investment in this stock! I'm very, very confident in the promise that VLNC affords (oxymoron), I'm realistic of speculative investments.

Hope to see Red Chip Reviews $18 price target before the end of this quarter on contract announcements. While I place absolutely no credence in posts at Yahoo, someone there indicated that their talk with the PR firm stated that Valence confirmed Q198 production as well as on-going discussions with OEMs. Take it with a grain of salt.

We all know there are on-going discussions, it's the contract that I want!
