No, I get my facts from the most reliable source I can find, which doesn't include bogus fact-checking sites.



As you can see, the federal tax cuts brought increased revenue every year after the 2003 cuts were passed, at least 1.5 Trillion dollars over that span of time.

As to the PROJECTED surplus in 2000, that projection was based on no recession, which was underway as Bush took office, and certainly didn't anticipate 9/11 which changed the course of economic events dramatically, as anyone should have recognized was happening by 10am CST on 9/11/2001.

BTW, the projected surplus, had it materialized, would have been nowhere near what is required to meet the obligations coming up in the next 10-15 years if Medicare & SS are to be made solvent.
