Bankers Trust Alex. Brown downgraded Motorola
shares to "market perform" from "buy," and SoundView
Financial Group cut its rating to "hold" from "buy."
SoundView analyst Albert Lin decreased his 1998
earnings estimate to $2.60 a share from $3.18, and his
1999 projection to $4.50 a share from $4.61.

IMO, MOT will see 48 level at least intraday in the next 3-4 weeks if not lower based on market conditions.
