It was surprisingly easy once I realized that bread itself is an addictive food... the more you eat bread the more you crave it... that's because bread turns into sugar right in the mouth the instant it touches saliva... and it used to bloat me to no end...

Here's what I have in the morning with my breakfast, two pieces of this thin toast:

That's the only bread I have... and maybe once in a rare while I would have some pizza or calzone, but only on a rare occasion and certainly not as a steady food item...

You might try making flourless banana walnut muffins, I have that for breakfast or two toasts with either fruit and cheese or eggs...

FLOURLESS BANANA WALNUT MUFFINS

Ingredients:

2 eggs
2 bananas
walnuts

Peel the bananas and place them into the microwave for about a minute to get soft, then use a fork to mash them into mush, it's okay to have some large pieces, not a problem...

Mix 2 eggs in a mixing bowl and then add the mashed heated bananas...

The add a good handful of walnuts...

Spray a muffin tin with canola oil, then add the mixture into the muffin tin... this makes about 5 or 6 muffins...

Top each muffin batter with a few more walnuts and then bake at about 420 for about 14 minutes...

No flour but you will think you're eating a flour type muffin...

Three of these muffins with your coffee or espresso and you're satisfied and all you had was a banana and one egg... enjoy!!!

I hope this was helpful...

I am doing it now by eating fats instead . . .
buttered vegetables, buttered eggs, buttered steak, buttered chicken, and butter in my coffee.
Delicious foods that make me feel so full after a small amount of them.
I don't even think about bread now . . . unless someone else is eating some good artisan bread right in front of me.
Just do it, knowing how bad bread is for you.
Think of it as poison.
