I guess it is easy for Yahoo to find the assets and
revs to support a market cap, if the cap is big
enough. Just have more contracts with MCI and the
like and publish the news releases promptly, and
effectively. A large cap has another obvious
advantage, no hostile take over.

Do you realize in the past quarter they've reserved about 10,000 shares per employee (on average, and this may be a little conservative) for the stock option plan.

Let's see. 10,000 times 67 = $670K!
