My post referred to the 2003 cuts which WERE properly targeted and resulted in a surge in revenue.

That isn't what your original post said, but never mind. Actually, what led to a surge in revenue in 2005-078 was the debt bubble and the jolt it gave to the economy. The tax cuts of 2003 were largely unnecessary. Unless the aim was to weaken the budget. In which case, they were on target.

These last few days have been my first encounters with you and thus far I find you to be intellectually weak.
