Peter: some people don't want to wait, but the gap is always about this size on a buyout. Volume is also exaggerated by day traders. Options the same way. This is a done deal. I could sell the 600 I just bought on the market, but I'll squeeze the extra $150 out of them. Smile buddy- you're getting your money. Timoteo P.S. How about that six pack?
