If the information given to some by Lori is what I have read then RMIL has not even taken the first step to being in compliance.

Not so. Lori says the company has provided the info neccessary to Sharpe and according to what NASD advised them was required. She also said the company will do whatever it takes to get trading re-opened. I would sincerely, and not flippantly, suggest you call them (954-565-9292) so she or anyone at the company can tell you all she has relayed.

I don't think it's productive at this point to bombard the NASD with many many calls. The filing has been made according to the company. Let's just let them (the NASD) do their job and review it. We'll find out soon enough without possibly delaying the process by inundating them with calls.

I also don't consider there has been "another postponement of the money tranfer", as you put it. That is still in process and we should know that resolution very soon too IMO.

Granted, the waiting is tense but I think we all just need to "chill out" and allow the process to be completed.
