Ah................stepping on rolled up sock............that would be very uncomfortable and have an affect on the muscles in the feet. It would feel like your feet were bruised and tender I would imagine?

It feels like your stepping on a rolled up sock all the time.

i have that sensation when i go barefoot in
the house after taking a long walk.

my doctor said it was because as we age,
we lose fat on the ball of our feet.

as soon as i put slippers on, the feeling goes away.
